As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services, drive customer engagement, and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company goals and targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling marketing materials, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and print collateral.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, search engine marketing, email marketing).
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry influencers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
• Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Visit existing customers to follow up on P/O, forecast, and new development.
• Price negotiation
• Negotiate & settle of quality and logistic matters.
• Settling with customers on specification approval, revision, environmental quality and Safety standard and certification etc
• Check and follow up on payment collection
• Making sales plan
• Making delivery plan
• Making meeting reports and customer visit reports
• Liaise with factory planner & sales admin for shipping & delivery

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience in the electronic components industry
• Diploma or Degree
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to commit for business trips
