Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Development:

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Experience:
  • 1 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role within the heavy construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in a complex or technical field, such as construction, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage our Chinese social media accounts such as WeChat, Dou Yin, The Little Red Book and Weibo to increase brand awareness
• Attract views and drive engagement by producing and editing original and meaningful content/articles/videos/landing pages/posters etc for the company's website(s) and social media channels, with good copywriting and scriptwriting
• Daily management for social media platforms, incl. content posts, interaction with fans, groups operations, etc.
• Translate documents from English to Chinese to support marketing and business development efforts

Requirements

• Have hands-on digital marketing experience with the Chinese market and experience in the operation of digital platforms such as Little Red Book, Wechat, Douyin, Weibo
• Experience working with Chinese influencers/KOLs is a plus!
• Strong interest and knowledge of trends in digital marketing/e-commerce, especially in the Chinese market
• Proficient in the languages required to perform the job and handle all Chinese platforms (have to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts, handle documents/emails written in the Chinese and English language and product content in Chinese for Chinese platforms)
