Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, showroom owners, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and cold calling to open new accounts.
• Promote and introduce products to existing and new accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Showcase marketing tools such as standees, anti-bacterial decals, binders, and wire racks for display in showroom interiors.
• Conduct effective product presentations to stakeholders and potential clients to showcase our products' advantages and salient features.
• Manage the collection of payments from clients in a timely manner.
• Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade organizations, and key influencers to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
• Work with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.
• Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data into Salesforce CRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the building materials and/or surfacing products.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Working hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

They sell globally but their customers have sourcing centres in Asia, US and Middle East that they mainly deal with.

It is preferably the job holder can be based in Johor where the facilities are and the key decision makers are based. Travel as and when needed.

Job Overview:
The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector.
• Prepare customer proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure alignment on customer requirements and product offerings.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and network with potential clients.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge of products and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the oil and gas or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas supply chain and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Administrator

Basic Salary: $1800 - $2500 ( Based On Experience )
Working Area: nearby Tuas West Road MRT
Working Days: Monday - Friday, ( can choose either one )
8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm / 9.00am – 6.30pm

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for order processing via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders before releasing them to the Production Department
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or to answer queries
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales, customer records etc.
- Expedite orders through internal coordination
- Direct important feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Stay up to date with new products and features
- Provide administrative support and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- GCE ‘O’ level / high school diploma / equivalent
- Previous experience in sales administration / a similar role
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software, particularly MS Excel
- Good interpersonal and multitasking skills
