1. Understand the marketplace: competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies
2. Develop marketing strategy, product positioning and messaging
3. Carry out advertising and promotion activities (ie. product launches, product training and promotions etc.
4. Work closely with sales team on product features, benefits and commercials.
5. Manage marketing, sales and product P&L to achieve profitability
6. Interact with business partners to achieve sales objectives
7. Perform sales and inventory, and purchase management
Requirement:
1. 1-2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in consumer products
2. Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
3. Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
4. Knowledge in Business Accounting P&L is an added advantage
5. Team player with strong analytical, excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Good business acumen and able to conceptualise marketing directions
7. Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required
8. Able to travel occasionally
