Job Scope:
Ā· Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospects.
Ā· Follow up on quotes and leads while scheduling meeting with potential customers.
Ā· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by developing new customers.
Ā· Perform daily sales activities for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
Ā· Continuously build and maintain strong rapport and relationships with customers.
Ā· Oversee after-sales account management to ensure customer satisfaction, track delivery against work orders, and identify opportunities for expansion based on evolving client needs.
Ā· Collaborate with the technical development team to prepare tailored quotations and proposals to meet client requirements.
Ā· Ensure all sales documentation is properly handled and produced in strict compliance with company policies and processes.
Ā· Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends.
Ā· Manage social media marketing and execute email campaigns.
Requirement:
Ā· Diploma/ Degree in Electronics, IT business systems, IT related field
Ā· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant channel and project sales
Ā· Good business acumen
Ā· Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ā· Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Ā· A positive, proactive mindset with a readiness to learn and adapt.
Ā· Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ā· Initiative in identifying new opportunities and sales avenues.
