• Ascertain, review and implement Sales Incentives/commissions for Sales Consultants
• Strategise & monitor sales & contributions’ progress to meet Financial Year (FY) targets
• Manage stock inventory & improve stock turnover
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities and products, analysis and recommend strategies to counteract to improve sales
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, compliments and complaints to improve customer’s experience
• Provide coaching and feedback to help improve selling skills and customer service
• Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Requirements:

• 5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and possesses strong sales flair

Job Description

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a promotional marketing plan, including advertising and digital marketing to maximize awareness and attendance with a variety of business development and marketing tasks to execute new strategies to grow our business and user base. This includes engaging with our current and future customers actively so we can better understand and cater to their needs.

Responsibilities

· Drive market growth through the acquisition and management of partnership leads

· Help to manage end to end event experience including strategy, sales and marketing efforts, and on-ground experience

· Grow our user base on various social media platforms and increase awareness of Aunty

· Frequent collaboration and involvement in campaigns

· Understand consumer insights quickly to drive acquisition and growth metrics

· Ability to come up with creative ideas to attract our target audience through different aspects of marketing

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go the extra mile

· Superb communication and influencing skills to work with different users and stakeholders

• Achievement of sales targets set by the company. i.e. New and re-contract, Fibre and Digital TV through voice and digital support channels

• Develop effective Sales pitches based on promotion, policies, and product updates.

• Resolve escalated complaints from customers, customer service, the sales support team, and other sales streams.

• Assist customer Sales queries through different platforms primarily on video chat, Chat, Outbound, and Inbound.

• Require to meet Client on-site at times with Telco Partner for sale negotiation

Requirements:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales.

• Confidence in sales through traditional voice and digital sales support channels

• Customer service-oriented, target driven, and challenge seeking

• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs

• Effective interpersonal skills. Able to relate well to people at all levels

• Good communication and listening skills and ability to build rapport and trust with customers

• Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition

• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
