What you will do:

The sales analyst SEA will be the primary internal point of contact responsible for supporting sales administrative tasks and some customer facing tasks.  This person will work closely with the sales, centralized bookings, and cash collections teams to support first pass yield bookings, support the Delegation of Authority process (including legal) and Preventative Service Agreements/Contract bookings and renewals.  This position is vital as it will support the contract booking process and will be the first line of review and approval for contracts.

How you will do it:

• Will be the initial reviewer for customer and sales data within Oracle to ensure customer and billing information is correct before contract booking.  This position requires the verification and submission or customer master changes into Casewise workflow.
• As part of the customer and contract review process, will update and correct any current contracts or customer numbers that need action.
• Will provide the 1st level of support (review) for contract booking.  This will include contract review and preparation of and the delivery of amendment letters to the customer.  Will work directly with the customer as the 1st level support for approval. This will also include ensuring contracts are compliant for payment terms and conditions and submitting any contracts into our legal portal for higher review and the appropriate Delegation of Authority.
• Work with the sales team and the Centralized booking to obtain and submit customer’s credit application.
• Provide Certificates of insurance and additional initial documentation for contracting.
• When needed, respond to Owner controlled insurance program/Contractor controlled insurance program requests and enrollment when required at booking.  Also, when needed, support requests for bid and performance & payment bonds, as well as bonds required for various licenses.
• Support the local sales team with Preventative maintenance modifications, cancelations, and QA holds. Manage contracts through the booking process by working with the sales team, district managers, and centralized booking.  This includes working closely with our compliance team for government contracts.
• Manage and maintain tracking for Preventative maintenance renewal contracts and weekly update calls on these contracts.

We are an interior fit-out company and currently hiring for a highly motivated and Sales Designer. He/ she will be responsible to collect all design brief directly from client, providing space plan, design proposal, material selection, project management/ site coordination and pre and post renovation documentation works.

Job Description

• Collaborate with business development for potential prospects or online enquiry.

• Understand client’s requirements through design brief or meeting.

• Propose conceptualize design mood images, space planning, creative solutions and design proposal.

• Collaborate with CAD drafter and provide layout plans and construction detailed drawings.

• To meet up with clients for design proposal presentation.

• He / she must have the ability to spot any discrepancy between the actual site and drawings provided and highlight it to the team.

• Coordinate with sub-con and supplier to schedule the works for every project.

• Ensure the quality of the work from all sub-con and supplier.

Job Qualifications/ Requirements

• Possess at least a diploma or degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent experience.

• Proficient of AutoCAD software, Sketch Up, Photoshop and 3D rendering software. (Not a Must)

• Proficient in space planning, design proposal and interpersonal skills to sell his/ her design proposal.

• Strong knowledge of materials and latest trend of design.

• Strong in conceptual design and space planning.

• 2 to 5 years of related works experience.

• Proven track record and credibility.

• Must be able to work diligently under pressure to meet tight timeline.

• He/ she has a good time management and planning.

• Good communication skills, meticulous, able to work in team and also independently.

• Experience in interior fit out industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Generate backlog and inventory reports from Oracle and send it to sales operation team
• Revise device name for shipments from CN or TWN based update from fulfillment teams
• Schedule daily shipments for sales regions
• Coordinate with logistic department on shipment issues
• Communicate with regional sales and CN/TW/SG team regarding shipment matters
• Response to daily shipment inquiries from regional sales
• Coordinate with Accounting Department in regards to payments from customers prior to scheduling shipments
• Participate in daily conference call with CN and help to resolve any shipping issues
• Help generate Ad-hoc reports when needed
• Help Applications group and Sales to perform Part Transfer for module builds
• Act as manager’s backup when manager is on vacation/sick leave
• Maintaining scheduled quantity on allocation file for sales regions
• Provide feedback to QA for any late shipments for monthly On-Time-Report
• Send out shipping documents to regional team for parts shipping from US
• Pick up evaluation modules from Applications group when ready for shipment
• Submit job requests to Applications group for new evaluation kit orders daily
• Bring modules and evaluation kits to shipping department for shipping daily
• Enter and process paid orders and urgent sample requests from US sales
• Performs other projects and duties as assigned
• Participate in Oracle system testing for system improvement updates

Requirements

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales operations
• Proficiency in Excel, such as pivot tables, freeze frames and graphs, is a must
• Ability to speak/read Mandarin and translate to English is a strong plus
• Prior experience in Oracle or another ERP system is preferred
• Must have strong written and verbal communication, organizational, detail-oriented, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task, work independently and as a member of a team, interface with other branches of the organization, work effectively with diverse constituencies, and solve problems and make decisions while under pressure and time constraints
