Roles and responsibilities
We are an interior fit-out company and currently hiring for a highly motivated and Sales Designer. He/ she will be responsible to collect all design brief directly from client, providing space plan, design proposal, material selection, project management/ site coordination and pre and post renovation documentation works.
Job Description
• Collaborate with business development for potential prospects or online enquiry.
• Understand client’s requirements through design brief or meeting.
• Propose conceptualize design mood images, space planning, creative solutions and design proposal.
• Collaborate with CAD drafter and provide layout plans and construction detailed drawings.
• To meet up with clients for design proposal presentation.
• He / she must have the ability to spot any discrepancy between the actual site and drawings provided and highlight it to the team.
• Coordinate with sub-con and supplier to schedule the works for every project.
• Ensure the quality of the work from all sub-con and supplier.
Job Qualifications/ Requirements
• Possess at least a diploma or degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent experience.
• Proficient of AutoCAD software, Sketch Up, Photoshop and 3D rendering software. (Not a Must)
• Proficient in space planning, design proposal and interpersonal skills to sell his/ her design proposal.
• Strong knowledge of materials and latest trend of design.
• Strong in conceptual design and space planning.
• 2 to 5 years of related works experience.
• Proven track record and credibility.
• Must be able to work diligently under pressure to meet tight timeline.
• He/ she has a good time management and planning.
• Good communication skills, meticulous, able to work in team and also independently.
• Experience in interior fit out industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software i.e., MS power point, Words and Outlook.
This role is on profit sharing but company will provide monthly allowance.
