· Understand spare parts market tendencies, the potential from the company’s and competitors’ product portfolio, and distributor network.

· Support the APAC Sales Manager in producing new product portfolio offering and ensure an output from every assigned project.

· Promote Dana brand awareness and develop new distributors in assigned region.

· Ensure sales KPIs are achieved.

· Coordinate customer complaints.

· Provide sales FCST and safety stock forecast to operation department timely.

· Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualification and Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in business or mechanical Engineering relevant

· 5 to 8 years’ relevant automotive aftermarket sales experience.

· Good management skills in an international and diversified team.

· Good marketing and sales strategy skills

· Knowledge of Automotive in relevant engine/driveline products

· Good verbal (presentation) and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin

· Work requires extensive traveling in the assigned Areas.

· Meticulous and pays attention to details.

· Highly adaptive with the ability to effectively function in a dynamic MNC environment.

· Independent and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

· Good computer literacy, proficient in using all MS Office, Sales Forces, and other relevant applications.

●Attending to call-in and email sales enquiries, order processing and providing sales and customer support

●Providing administrative & sales support

●Maintain and ensure system customer listing is accurate and up-to-date

●Communicate requirements and activities to salesperson

●Process Quotations and Sales/Purchase Orders

●Manage Inventory and plan stock replenishment

• Handle all incoming sales inquiries from potential sales avenues, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that effectively communicate our products' or services' features and benefits to potential customers.
• Develop and nurture new and key accounts, working towards exceeding sales goals and objectives. Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to our customers, addressing their questions, and concerns, ensuring a smooth experience with our products or services.
• Actively follow up with customers to assess their needs and encourage potential orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee the procurement of materials for assigned projects and tenders, ensuring that the necessary resources are available to meet customer demands.
• Assist in the company's marketing strategies, including website updates, ordering of catalogues, and coordination of trade shows. Collaborate with the marketing Department to promote the company's products and services effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant Engineering Fields
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience preferred.
• Possesses good communication skills and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, positive working attitude and multitasking
• Preferably possess your own vehicle, petrol card and vehicle allowance will be provided on top of basic salary.
