• Undertake sales and marketing of Sulzer Chemtech products and services throughout Asia Pacific region
• Control all correspondences and documentation relating to project. Co- ordinate and utilize inter-department resources where necessary.
• Ensure that all technical and commercial specifications are received, clarified and agreed with customer at order stage.
• Prepare complete project and engineering files
• Arrange project handover meeting with Project Management and Engineering for larger projects and non-standard
• Initiate Customer Complaint Reports to ensure that with complaints are properly and efficiently dealt with
• Feedback information to customers on quality improvements on product and changes, as and when necessary
• Supervise/Check the work of junior Applications & Sales Engineer if required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering
• 5 ~ 10 years of sales and customer services experience preferably in Chemical & Petrochemical / Oil & Gas industry.
• ProII / Aspen Simulation Program is optional, but not mandatory
• Microsoft Skills
• Distillation theory
• Fair knowledge of chemical separation processes knowledge Business travel (~30%), particularly in the Asia Pacific region.

Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing promotional campaigns KPIs, ensuring that KPIs are achieved within budget and maximizing profits
• Utilizing analytics tools/software, and critical thinking and analysis, to manage and evaluate digital marketing performance
• Tracking conversions for all campaign/events and constantly improve on enhancing conversions to leads generation or sales
• Building reports using internal data, optimizing overall lead acquisition
• Remain up to date on existing and emerging trends in social media
• Work with creative and content Teams to create, iterate and identifying winning creative angles and assets
• Working with ecomm team to create and monitor a social calendar
• Monitoring and guide junior stuff to answer sales & general enquiries on social and communication platforms (ie, FB, IG, Telegram, Email, etc)
