• Collaborate with main contractors and carpenters to recommend materials, creating immediate sales opportunities.
• Monitor the progress of specifications, follow up to convert them into sales, and manage related activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth project and sales operations.
• Keep detailed records of specification activities, project progress, and client interactions for reporting and analysis.
• Collect market data and share insights with management to support informed strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Min O level / Diploma in any fields
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Posses own vehicle
• Experience in selling interior furnishing products
• Self Confidence, strong analytical mind, able to communicate with various professionals and different site personnels.
