Job Overview:

As a Corporate Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and other relevant authorities in Singapore. Responsibilities:

As Accountant,

1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
3. Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
4. Collaborate with external auditors and financial institutions

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
2. Accredited or qualified with Minimum of 2-years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice in Singapore.
3. Strong knowledge of Singapore company law, corporate governance principles, and regulatory requirements.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

What the role is

The Industry Development Divisions (IDDs) is part of the Training Partners Group which aims to build a robust and high-quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem through strategic partnerships and management of CET providers, and engagement of enterprises in skills upgrading.
