Marketing Executive Position at Nine Years Theatre
About the Role:
Nine Years Theatre seeks a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Artistic Director and Company Director, you'll collaborate with the company's team to develop and execute marketing plans, manage social media, and cultivate media relations.

Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the company's team to develop and execute marketing plans for productions and classes, utilising both traditional and digital channels to attract audiences and expand the company's reach.
• Content Creation: Create engaging marketing materials such as press releases, social media content, email campaigns, and print advertising for productions and classes.
• Distribution: Utilise both traditional and digital channels to distribute marketing materials and expand the company's reach.
• Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media platforms, generate content, track analytics, and create reports.
• Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain media contacts to secure press coverage, interviews, and other media opportunities.
• Public Relations: Coordinate and oversee photo sessions, manage reviewer relations, and archive press materials.
• Advertising: Oversee the design and placement of advertisements for productions and events.
• Website Management: Maintain and update the company website or work closely with the webmaster.
• Data and Analytics: Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with external partners and respond to media enquiries and public information requests, both on social media and through other channels.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in a marketing or publicity role is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and organisational skills.
• Enthusiastic disposition and proactive spirit.
• Passion for theatre and the performing arts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese, as NYT is a Mandarin theatre company.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Singaporean/PR with the legal right to work in Singapore.
