Objectives:

The Sales Coordinator will be part of a business that is a market leader in the bearings industry. Reporting to the International Sales Department, you will be responsible for e-invoicing and all other activities to support sales generation within the respective Sales Business Unit.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the sales function by managing a portfolio of existing and potential customers, processing and completing orders and delivery arrangements; and/or service recovery matters when necessary.
• Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
• Monitor, and upload tax invoices/credit/delivery notes and track the completeness of the tax invoices via the ERP system to the respective customers’ e-invoicing portals.

Sales Executive

We are seeking a Sales Executive with experience in the B2B Wholesale Trading industry, specifically in dealing with customers in the Greater China region. The Senior Director of Sales, Issuing Solutions for AP will be accountable for driving top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of Issuer-centric Products across the region to support Visa’s aggressive growth targets for Value-Added-Services (“VAS”).  This role to be based in Singapore will involve a quota-based SIP (Sales Incentive Plan), and reports to the SVP, Regional VAS for AP.

This leader will drive maximum value within our existing installed customer base with primary responsibilities to drive revenue, retention and renewals, and the day-to-day relationships with our most strategic clients.  Through operational excellence, this leader will ensure optimal customer engagement post sales.

Requirements

We seek candidates who are able to commit to a 12-month contract (full-time)*, able to work independently as well as within a team setting, and who possess:

1. Background in social sciences (e.g. psychology, sociology, political science) and/or research-related work experience.

2. Good written and verbal communication as well as numeracy skills, and meticulous with details.

3. Familiarity with MS Office tools (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel).

4. The following skills will be advantageous:
