As the Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD), you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, ensuring seamless operations for the MD.

Key Responsibilities:

Secretarial support

• Create, organise, and maintain files, documents, and records (both business and personal) for the MD, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility
• Proactively anticipate the MD's needs, offering advice, and recommending options for smooth operations
• Keep the MD informed of time-sensitive and high-priority issues, ensuring timely follow-up
• Draft emails, letters, and speeches, and creating or modifying templates as needed for the MD
• Proofread documents for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy
• Review the completeness of documentation/information submitted to the MD
• Travel with the MD for overseas meetings/assignments when required

Qualifications Requirements:

• Proven track record and experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to a C-suite executive, or relevant position
• Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment; with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasising confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in IT tools and software (Microsoft Office, calendar applications, etc.)
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
