We're looking for a Field Marketing Specialist, APAC for Corporate Performance & ESG Division. You will report to the International Marketing Manager.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position, to be based in Shenton Way, Singapore (hybrid working arrangements, working from home 2-3 days per week). #LI-Hybrid

ABOUT THE ROLE
Collaborate closely with the senior managers of APAC marketing and Sales to develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans for target markets, ensuring regional strategy complements and supports global marketing objectives and sales targets.
- Develop and execute a field marketing plan in line with overall business objectives for the APAC region.
- Conduct in-depth market research to comprehend regional trends and competitive landscapes, shaping targeted marketing campaigns.
- Implement comprehensive ABM campaigns, covering emails, nurturing, webinars, events, landing pages, and digital advertising, to drive lead generation and support sales efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the content and product marketing team to craft compelling and personalized materials, ensuring messaging resonates with the target audience.
- Foster seamless alignment between marketing and sales efforts by working closely with local sales teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, continuously optimizing strategies for improvement.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years experience, experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM (i.e Marketo, Salesforce ets...) is a plus
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
