SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE:
· Responsible for all marketing & sales activities, from lead generation to contract closing.
· Drive sales by designing and implementing targeted online & offline marketing strategies.
· Plan and execute social media & digital marketing activities.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and set KPIs.
· Manage the online & offline customer journey.
· Provide personalised consultation to educate and recommend customizable sleeping solutions based on customer’s orthopaedic needs.
· Help rediscover good & comfortable sleep and for those plagued by back & spinal problems, slip disc, chronic insomnia, and reduce their “pain points”.
· Educate & build awareness on the importance of correct orthopaedic and healthy sleeping.
· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Manage order fulfillment, inventory, logistics & delivery management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- GCE ‘A’ level and above, or a professional education certification or diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
- Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs.
- The ideal candidate is result-driven, resilient, well groomed, has great interpersonal skills and a good work ethic.
- Working hours: Wednesday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm, with 1 hour lunch break.
- Working schedule includes weekends and Public Holidays, which will be compensated with an Off-In-Lieu.
- Compensation & benefits shall commensurate with experience.
