Requirements:

- Site and project management experience

- Working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet software

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD would be advantageous

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage bi-weekly/monthly outlook, overseeing financial files and reporting by liaising with category and finance for alignment.
• Facilitate weekly LT meetings, collating input beforehand and documenting actions afterward.
• Connect the dots between various weekly meetings and contribute to actionable items.
• Conduct monthly/weekly business and readiness reviews, ensuring information, schedules, and templates are well-organized while holding individuals accountable.
• Coordinate team morale events, including offsites and initiatives, to boost team spirit.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of solid business management experience i.e. Managing multiple programs, timelines, holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines and coordinating across multiple programs.
• Well-versed in managing data i.e. Expert user of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (as a user), ability to pull data from multiple different platforms and clearly identify requirements and trends. Being able to create PowerBI would be a massive advantage.
• Proven track-record of regional collaboration across Asia / APAC

· Manage first line response to product and services enquiries from touch points and support units
