RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be based in our Gardens Operations or Conservatory Operations department to provide procurement support for plants, props and related material purchases. You will assist in the full spectrum of procurement activities and processes whereby attention to details and focus on quality of works are critical.You will also assist to provide prompt procurement advice to stakeholders in accordance withcontract terms and conditions and specifications,procurement policiesand industry good practicesandassist in the propermanagement ofprocurement audit matters. As part of the job, you may be required to join in on local or overseas procurement trips.

• Bachelors Degree, preferably in Supply Chain/ Business Administration/ Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience in procurement and contracts management, with at least4 years of relevant working experience, preferably with knowledge in sustainable procurement as well
• Good knowledge and exposurein procurement andcontractmanagementline of works and a keen interest in plants would be advantageous
• Proficient in the usage of MS Office and ERP systemssuch asOracle Netsuite and TenderBoard

We are looking for an experienced and detailed oriented General Ledger Executive/Assistant Manager, for one of

our global shipping clients. The position will assist the department with General Ledger Accounting, Projects, and

Audit. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of relevant experience in audit firm and commercial group

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Company’s general ledger.

• Handle analytical review of financial statements and preparation of year end statutory accounts,

As Client Relationship Manager, you will

• Be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships with institutional asset owners such as central banks, public pensions, sovereign wealth funds, insurers and governmental entities in South East Asia.
