The General Manager is responsible for the P and L delivery of the business, covering operations accross the APAC region. Ideal Candiates should have experience of leading teams in through growth plans and be able take responsibility for QHSE, Financial and Operations performance.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Sales of industrial products.
• Achieve defined sales targets (monthly/yearly).
• Execute sales processes, handle customer queries, provides quotation and negotiation.
• Expand new client base, maintain and service existing clients.
• Able to develop relationships at a strategic level.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support Sales Manager in preparation of technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Liaise with technical manager and other relevant staff in the evaluation and resolution of any quotation / order issues before submission of quotation
• Communicate internally for high level opportunity and work as a team to capture new market share and segment.
• Understand technical drawings is an added advantage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong skills in communication and persuasion.
• Able to multi-task and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, independent with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Class 3 driving license and preferably owned a car.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

Job Description:
