This role will be the leader for our Technical Sourcing Management organization supporting Jabil's Capital Equipment segment that covers test and manufacturing equipment as well as additive manufacturing/3D printing. The role will report directly to the Global Director of Technical Sourcing Management and will lead a team of approximately 40 individuals that have technical backgrounds to support the complexities of sourcing/negotiating/transferring industry specific components. The team's focus revolves around cost optimization and risk reduction. The role's focus is around process standardization/optimization and implementation of automation and AI/ML.

Responsible for the materials strategy in assigned region/division/segment. Includes responsibility for situational analysis, Strategy development & guidance in implementation for the functional disciplines of supply chain development, risk mitigation, negotiation, procurement, planning & inventory control.
