Purpose and Scope

Scrutinize and review major investments and advise on legal risk in industrial parks, ready built factories/warehouses (RBF/RBW) and commercial and residential property projects including M&A / divestments, corporate restructuring, leases and other contracting requirements for day-to-day business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Advising on Joint Venture matters (including JV governance).

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible to establish networks and strong relationship built with international prospects, business partners and trade agencies in the Semiconductor industry with the prime objective of securing tenancy for our projects in China, Indonesia, Vietnam and future developments around Asia.
