The Travel Operations Manager/ Assistant Manager is a key role combining operational excellence with client-facing support. You will lead a team of operations specialists to ensure efficient and effective delivery of all travel-related services for our clients. This includes managing travel bookings, collaborating with the sales team on quotations, optimizing travel costs, and providing exceptional support to both clients and internal stakeholders. - Team Leadership:

- Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations, visa requirements, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in customer service management and/or travel industry operations is an advantage

Responsibilities

1. Identify markets and understand of products, searching new potential customers and new market opportunities and growth of business.
2. Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
3. Management of new sales leads, including qualification, response, recording and follow up with the objective of increasing revenue. Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated.
4. Collect and communicate market and competitor’s information to corporate management team on a frequent basis.
5. Work with Regional Sales Manager and management team to grow the targeted vertical segments and business, develop annual business plans together with the Regional Sales Manager.
6. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

What You'll Do:

• As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be the face of LogScale and NG-SIEM for prospective customers. Working alongside our sales team, you’ll take ownership of the technical relationship through the sales cycle.
• You’ll also maintain that relationship with the customer as they discover what LogScale and NG-SIEM can do for them, expand their use, and provide feedback to our Product Management team.
• You’ll become a trusted advisor by providing technical value in your interactions with prospective customers, answering technical questions, demonstrating capabilities, and laying out a technical vision of LogScale and NG-SIEM. What You'll Need:
