About the role

We are currently looking for a Strategic Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and potential partners.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, considering factors such as target audience, competitive positioning, and regulatory compliance.
• Execute the go-to-market strategies defined, including conducting client pitches and presentations to secure partnerships and drive adoption.
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with risk, legal, compliance, and other relevant departments.
• Manage the end-to-end roadmap for products in scope, prioritizing features and enhancements based on client needs and technical feasibility.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including product iteration, optimization, and product retirement strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and Master's degrees, ideally in engineering and business or related fields, with an exceptional academic record.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management and strategy consulting within top-tier firms.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products to market and driving business growth.
• In-depth knowledge and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the digital asset/cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify market trends, assess opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong doer capability, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing BIM VDC tracking list for technical issues , site issues , technical meeting.
• Highligh the project issues in early construction stage to PM, APM ,Coordinators & Consultants and solving the issues on meeting .
• Working closely with project teams & subcontractor to be full coordinations .
• Making sure to project teams & subcontractors to follow up the Technical changes , design changes.
• Preparing BIM Presentation to Clients & Consultants.
• Monitor BIM Coordination Meeting with MEP BIM modellers, M&E coordinators etc.
• Monitor and update the model as per site condition changes.
• Checking the quality of BIM Model standard .

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of hands on experience in BIM Modeling work.
• Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of Autodesk cad software and BIM software / tools.

Job Requirements

• PC literate and proficient in MS office Excel and Outlook

Job Description:

• Lead the project team members (Architects, Consultants, Contractor) and manage the property development process from the inception till the completion in compliance with Authority requirements & deliver the project with the desired quality & performance requirement;
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Management, landlords, Consultants, contractors, relevant government agencies to achieve the project scope, specifications, budget, and schedule;
• Review and ensure architectural, structural and all engineering drawings details are in compliance with all related COP, regulations and by-laws of all relevant authorities;
• Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/Head of Department from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor in Civil Engineering / Architectural or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with developer background will be preferred
