Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design relatively complex managed service solutions to meet client requirements by integrating technology and service design across the network technology domain
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.

• Assist the sales teams in presenting an architecture solution to clients with a focus on cost savings or uncovering other client growth opportunities using the ability to discover and analyze the client’s current network architecture, platforms, and operating models
• Share client outcomes and market conditions with other stakeholders so that the global offering leads, and Managed Services community can evolve strategies and develop innovative solutions for the future
• Coach, mentor and act as advisor in service design situations
• Assist the sales teams to have a commercial model discussion with the client
• Identify all service costs and populate cost models accurately to ensure full visibility of costs related to the delivery of the service over the contract term

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Required Experience:

• Track record of designing network managed services solutions to large enterprise accounts

The Solution Sales Manager is the main interface between Tech Data and our partner community. The Solution Sales Manager is responsible for the ‘complete’ sales cycle for the relevant business partners with the view to maximizing revenue, margin, and partner satisfaction.
