Job Description:

This position is required to manage the company’s e-commerce marketplace channels with a focus on Shopify. The E-commerce Executive will be part of Outdoor Venture’s E-commerce team. Driving E-commerce sales and marketplace awareness for the brands under Outdoor Venture’s portfolio, which includes internationally known Fashion, Outdoor and Sports brands.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and actively manage stores on the Shopify platform

· Deep understanding on Shopify’s backend to manage OMS, product listings and store design

· Drive sales and discover opportunities by leveraging Shopify’s marketing tools such as EDM, CRM and analytics

· Acquire basic knowledge in managing mainstream marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee and Zalora

· Work with third-party e-commerce enablers to ensure tasks are executed on time

· Ensure the catalogue and price of products online are aligned across channels

· Work with internal stakeholders for the planning of paid ads including but not limited to FB ads, IG ads and Google Display Network

· Ensure stocks are updated and reflected accordingly across all channels

Requirements:

· At least 2 years on developing and managing on the Shopify platform.

· Keen understanding on the fundamentals of managing mainstream marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee and Zalora

· Basic design knowledge on Photoshop, Photopea or Canva is a must

· Understanding of all aspects of online selling and consumer behaviour

· Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently

Key Job Purpose :

Participate in the development and co-management of hemostasis, hematology and systemization strategies for Sysmex Asia Pacific as well as to support the Sales and Marketing team in achieving the sales/marketing target of Sysmex’s hemostasis and hematology business units annually.

Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training to existing & potential users of Sysmex products and to distribution channels in the region. He/she will have to work closely with local team, corporate team and representatives of distributors to expand business prospects. He/she will be expected to work with our customers in healthcare and research facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Product Knowledge

• He/She is responsible to receive/gather in time all information regarding product specifications or modifications of existing products, upgrading or extending existing/new products. This information/s is necessary to strengthen product knowledge so that these can be translated and explained clearly to distributors / customers.
• He/She keeps up his/her technical knowledge by making suggestions to the management on which continuing education programs may be useful for him/her

2.Implementation of favorable conditions to support sales/marketing target achievement

• He/She conducts application and theoretical training for the representatives of the different distributors in the region.
• He/She provides end-user training, as and when necessary
• He/She develops to strengthen the product knowledge of distributors (Eg. Training manual, etc)
• He/She handles product-related complaints and other application issues and provides excellent assistance for troubleshooting purpose/s.
• He/She maintains regular communication and continuous contact with all the subsidiaries & distributors.

3.Reporting

• He/She prepares and submits a monthly activity report to the Supervisor. This report includes activities done in the past month, issue resolved and to resolve, and plan of action for the next 2 months. This monthly report is to be submitted regularly within the 2 workings days of the succeeding month.
• After every business trip, he/she prepares and submits a trip reports to supervisor and country area manager indicating the activities done, recommended action/s, person/s responsible, and other important information which management ought to know. Once prepared, he/she is responsible to ensure that these recommended actions are disseminated to the people concerned for proper implementation. Outcome of the said action/s should be followed up by him/her.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Medical Technology
• At least 5 years of experience in Medical Technology practice
• PC literate (Excel, Words, Power Point)
• Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct, in thoughts, in words, & in actions.
• Able to travel between 20% - 40% per year
• May need to work after office hours occasionally

Key Job Purpose :

• Project Management of systemisation solution including the workflow study for standard and customise solution regardless of Business Unit.
• Create the procedures and tools for Affiliates and Business Partners to support the Systemisation and workflow study from pre-sales till project closure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating template and documentation related to Project Management for Systemisation.
• Creating template and survey form needed for workflow study
• Leading and training member as a Project Manager for project.
• Govern and manage all projects with Risk taken care off
• Supporting Sales in systemisation project by conducting workflow and presenting the draft solution to customers.
• Conduct training for Workflow / project management
• Any other matter as request by team leader

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Biomedical science / IVD Information Technology
• 2 – 3 years working experience in IVD market
• Microsoft office, good communication skills.
• Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with internal external customers.
• Prefer to have experience in handling of Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products before.
• Travel requirements: 30% or less
