Job Description:

Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks related to orders and the logistical aspects of moving cargo. Enter orders into SAP, issue shipping documents, and communicate with customers and suppliers regarding open orders. Provide administrative support to the sales team.

Primary Accountabilities

- Manage order processing in SAP, arrange shipments, issuing order supporting documents, prepare full set of shipping documentation

- Communication with customers and suppliers on delivery related matters

- Coordinate and arrange shipment via Sea-, Train-, Airfreight

- Vendor management, including freight forwarders and cost suppliers

- Responsible for Purchase Orders in terms of documentation and planning

- Proactive communication with customers & suppliers as well as freight forwarders on all levels

- Communication with Finance Department concerning accounts related matters

- Assist Sales Personnel with issuance of Quotations & Enquiries

- Handling of material claims

- Attend to incoming calls and emails

- Any administrative duties that might be assigned from time to time

Requirements

- Min 3 years of experience in Sales & Order Processing in a fast-paced work environment

- Fluent in English and preferably one other language

About You

As an Audio-Visual and ICT specialist at Beca, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing audio-visual systems for our clients. Responsibilities

● Design and develop audio-visual (AV) systems for various projects including commercial spaces, educational institutions, healthcare and entertainment venues.

● Create detailed AV system designs, including layout plans, wiring diagram and technical specifications for meeting rooms, conference spaces, and other workspaces.

● Work with clients and project teams to understand requirement and provide innovative solution.

Pre-requisites

● Diploma or Degree in ICT/Engineering/Audio Visual or audio-visual certification.

● Minimum 5 years of audiovisual consultancy experience and in designing and implementing AV over IP, AV systems such as Crestron, Extron etc. and audio processing tools.

● Proficiency in AV software, control systems, and audio processing tools.

● Experience in acoustics design or stage lighting will be an advantage.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Proficiency in English for technical writing and presentation.

Job Description:

The areas of focus for the Network Technical Recovery Specialist includes management of network stability across multiple complex platforms. Acts as a focal point for incident troubleshooting in medium/high impacting issues. Network Technical Recovery Specialists are expected to be well versed in numerous networking protocols, technologies and troubleshooting methodology, including the use of proactive and reactive tools. The work is always in alignment to the current and approved Network Services Standards, Incident and Problem Management Policies & Procedures, governance and management policies set forth by the firm.

This position will interface directly with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/providers, architecture, product engineering, product management, and business management. At times, they may interface with various levels of senior management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. • Operational Support of Global Network Technologies
• Lead production support triage efforts for network infrastructure incidents, manage bridge line troubleshooting and appropriate team engagement, engage in technical research and troubleshooting, and escalate to next level of leadership as needed.

The primary responsibility for the role is, as the regional level Center of Expertise, drive the IEM and OEM business development and customer engagement in Key verticals and OEM business by building strong process and application expertise of the vertical and OEM business, developing good relationship with regional Headquarters to make the Grundfos Brand the preferred strategic partner in the role of Center of expertise
