Role Description

The Interior Designer (residential/commercial) will be responsible for creating and delivering inspirational designs to meet the client's needs. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cityhall area with flexibility for some remote work. • Make outbound calls to customers to provide product updates and information by following prescribed script and FAQ

• Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns

• Understand customers' needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
