One&Only Desaru Coast, Johor is seeking a passionate and dedicated Manager, Sales to join our sales team based in Singapore.

The position is open only for Singapore nationality or Permanent Resident.

• Working closely with Director of Sales & Marketing in leading the commercial planning and execution of cooperative sales efforts with Leisure and MICE accounts for One&Only Desaru Coast
• Active involvement and execution in the yearly commercial plan and marketing plan together with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Marketing Manager
• Maximising revenue opportunities and driving share from leisure and MICE accounts for One&Only Desaru Coast and cross sell to other One&Only properties when the opportunities arise.
• Proactively develop new Leisure and MICE accounts to meet or exceed sales targets given by the Director of Sales & Marketing, including Corporate/ Leisure groups, corporate partnerships and Leisure bookings.
• Ensure incremental business from existing accounts.
• Explore and ensure maximum brochure coverage for Leisure accounts for One&Only Desaru Coast
• Initiating and executing tactical promotions and campaigns to drive sales to One&Only Desaru Coast
• Managing SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) with key accounts and implementing measurement and action plans against sales targets

About You:

· Degree in Hospitality Management, or similar discipline

· Minimum 5 years working experience in 5 Star resorts/hotels with reservation exposure.

· Minimum 2 years working experience in 5 Star resorts/hotels in similar capacity.

· Strong leadership skills

· Strong Communication Skills and fluently English speaking.

· Experience and knowledgeable in Opera and presentations.

Hyphens Pharma is looking for a Sales Executive to support its growing business in the medical aesthetics field. The incumbent will report to the Sales Manager (Derms & Aesthetics) to achieve business goals.

Sales Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aesthetics market (such as skincare, skin supplement, injectables).

Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the medical aesthetics industry.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively educate and influence clients.

Client Relationship Management

• Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  

Educational Engagement

• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
• Provide educational materials and information to support the sales process.
  

Collaboration with Medical Professionals

• Work closely with medical professionals and clinics to promote our medical aesthetics solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the medical aesthetics industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• A team player coupled with creativity & resourcefulness.

Key Responsibilities

• Have at least two (2) years of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment within the professional audio-visual industry.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and decision-making skills with demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Required to generate new leads and build up customer database and foster a strong partnership with clients.
• Will be required to approach new customers on telemarketing / supporting the marketing department to development social media campaigns to draw fresh opportunities.
• Qualifying leads generated by the marketing team and mapping out a down-funnel for every prospect.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, digesting market information to generate sales strategies, negotiation skills, and essential analytical capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualification

• Diploma in Business or Marketing
• Prior experience in hospitality, MICE or retail will be an advantage.
• Working experience in AV industry especially with LED display is preferred.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, additional language spoken will be an advantage.
• Competent working knowledge in Microsoft office and ability to interpret CAD drawings, schematics on AV systems including ELV line diagrams.
• Will be required to travel, up to 30% within Asia to support exhibitions or customer engagements in supporting sales head.
• Scheduling and attending discovery calls, conducting product demos, following up with existing clients, collecting feedback, and maintaining business relationships.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals for projects.
• Preparing sales reports with critical targets, trends, and highlights on a quarterly basis, and analyzing data to improve sales approach across the pipeline.
