1. Claims Processing System:

 - Manage and process regional claims submitted by SA service partners.

 - Ensure timely submission of claims into the warranty system within 60 days from Repair Open (RO) date.

 - Coordinate the procurement and shipment of spare parts, as well as return process for warranty spare parts from service partners. Handle and support billing and payment processes.

2. Stakeholder Communication:

3. Documentation Standardization and Reporting:
