THE ROLE:

SEMI is seeking a Sr. Specialist for our Sustainability group. This position is responsible for managing environmental and social stewardship projects. Our SEMI Sustainability programs is themed on rallying the semiconductor value chain to bring about collective urgent climate action. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and manage activities across ESG working groups

· Organize meetings and events with communications to stakeholders through multiple channels and across venues, e.g., conferences, workgroups, workshops, webinars

· Document and coordinate action items such as meeting summaries, 1:1s with committee leadership, regional internal webinars.

· Communicate status and updates internally and externally.

· Monitor engagement statistics.

Assist with administering membership, including sending agreements, responding to and coordinating responses to member company legal queries, membership dues, and anything else they might need to make a positive membership decision.

· Own metrics on member retention. Support logistics support for members.
