• Have a bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering with working experience in contract negotiations & tender evaluation. Beyond that, we’d hope to see as many of the following on your CV:
• Have 3-5 years working experience in managing oil & gas projects in either downstream/upstream
• Have comprehensive experience within Contracting & Procurement (CP)
• Gave MCIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) Qualification would be preferred but not mandatory.
• Have proven track record of execution excellence & delivering results
• Are able to adjust global strategies to the current situation of the local business and market conditions
• Have strong and proven Interpersonal, Influencing& Stakeholder Management Skills. Someone who is able influence stakeholders (Business, CP, Suppliers) to work together in an integrated way and manage supplier relationships.
• Are able to perform contract management (including post contract process steps) and manage multiple workstreams at the same time
• Are able to understand the business, the end-to-end process in the Supply Chain. Someone who can communicate in business language and translate strategy to tangible and valuable outcomes for the local business.

• Conceptualize and deliver online, blended and classroom learning interventions in HR topics (e.g. identifying learning needs, design curriculum, develop training materials and evaluate learning interventions.)
• Partnering public agencies to develop and customize L&D interventions to support their developmental plans
• Conduct research in key emerging HR areas and translate insights into learning products such as articles, videos, infographics, toolkits, case studies, role play.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Acquiring and growing your own personal portfolio of High Net worth clients in the Singapore through the existing business development support provided to you.

• Providing your clients with regular market updates, portfolio performance, investments opportunities and risks.

• Promoting the investment & estate planning products & services that our organisation offers.

• Keeping track of Clients, Assets under Management (AUM) and Revenues using our internal systems; periodic calculation of account performance.

• Working closely with your team to strategize and develop investment strategy for your Clients.

Experience/Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in wealth management or insurance sales

• Candidate with existing portfolio of clients is an advantage but not a must

• Having a hunter approach to meeting and on-boarding new clients

• Knowledge in investment products and the economy

• Possess relevant accreditation (M5, M9, M9A & HI)

• Possess M6, M6A, M8 and M8a is an advantage but not required
