JOB PURPOSE

About the role:

Our client is a leading life science company seeking for a Regional Technical Sales Specialist to develop and execute the sales strategies as well as manage the sales funnel for the Cell Imaging portfolio to meet both short and long-term business goals of the company within the SEA region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the academic, government, and biopharma sectors.
• Provide expert technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's/Masters degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of technical sales experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in the Optical/Light Microscopy field or Cell Imaging systems.
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales quotas.
• In-depth knowledge of cellular imaging and light microscopy technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the APAC region.
