Job Description

• Undertake the necessary Requirement analysis independently for all change requests and enhancements
• Design the application, data-model, customizations and dashboard visualizations.
• Responsible for development and troubleshooting on Tableau applications.
• Perform source data profiling and analysis.
• Ensure end-to-end deployment using CICD pipelines for automated deployments
• Fine tune applications and systems for high performance and higher volume throughput.
• Participate in Agile Sprints and perform the necessary tasks like estimation, backlog refinement, scrum calls and sprint demo.
• Good communication skills necessary to engage with clients and the rest of the dev team effectively

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Tableau – scripting and report development. Extensive knowledge about Tableau Architecture
• Strong knowledge in SQL (Oracle, Sybase)
• Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining.
• Knowledge of development of Tableau dashboards integrating data from Hadoop ecosystem is preferable.
• Familiar with installation, configuration and tuning of server parameters.
• Knowledge of performance tuning measures and caching on Tableau
• Knowledge of any other BI tool/ETL tool will be advantageous.
• Project management skills- Ability to drive projects end-to-end
• Experience building intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations that drive business decisions.

We're looking for an experienced Application Production Support Analyst to provide Application Production Support for worldwide Supply Chain and Trade Finance applications within Asia Pacific:

1. Be a team member of L2 Production Support team located across Singapore, Hong Kong and India to ensure 24 * 7 worldwide production support.
2. Provide worldwide application production support for Supply Chain and regional support for Trade Finance systems within Asia Pacific.
3. Independently debug and propose resolution/work-around for complex production issues.
4. Ensure root cause analysis is performed where necessary and manage resulting action items to completion.
5. Coordinate across various teams to effectively manage production issues and maintenance activities.
6. Respond to User Requests, Incidents and follow up on Problems in a timely manner.
7. Ensure issues are reported, tracked, followed up and escalated timely.
8. Resolve or coordinate the resolution of issues with other internal teams and / or vendor.
9. Coordinate and follow up with Application Development teams to ensure permanent fix is prioritized, planned, and delivered.
10. Communicate and provide status updates on issues to business users, management team and other stakeholders.
11. Contribute to preventive system monitoring and alerting, where appropriate.
12. Support Change Management process and application releases.
13. Plan and Support Disaster Recovery Test, Live Play and Business Continuity activities.
14. Support IT Security activities e.g. health checks after security patches.

Requirements:

• >3+ years exp L2 Application Production Support profiles with banking experience
• Competent level of expertise in ORACLE PL/SQL.
• Good technical troubleshooting & debugging skills and familiarity with Unix/Linux commands
• Must possess a good understanding of JAVA/J2EE web-based applications including a good appreciation of the infrastructural setup required for such applications
• Experience in supporting Supply Chain and Trade Finance applications.
• Good understanding and experience in ITIL concepts.
• Experience working with various technologies and tools e.g. Firewalls, AVI Load Balancer, Web Servers, Reverse Proxy (Apache), Single-Sign-On, Websphere, JBOSS, Tomcat, Tibco, Oracle database, MS SQL, SSRS, Java, OpenAPI, Linux, Windows, CFT, SFTP, MQ series, Autosys, Geneos, Dynatrace, Jenkins, etc.
• Good understanding of Security Practices and Cryptography, eg. CAs and PKI, Keys and Certificates, SSL/TLS, PGP, etc.
• ITSM tool: ServiceNow
• Database performance & SQL tuning experience is a plus.
• Experience with release and patch deployment, hands on experience of IBM WebSphere deployment is an advantage.
