You will provide prompt and quality front-line services to patients. Your role will involve registration and scheduling appointments for patients and collecting of payments from patients. You will also assist nursing and clinical staff with patients related activities and provide clerical support to the department. You will also be trained to perform oral, mid turbinate or nasopharyngeal swab and collecting the specimens for testing when deployed in pandemic roles as and when required.

Job Description

You will assist the healthcare team in the various patient care activities such as basic hygiene care, wound dressing, blood sampling and assisting with nursing procedures. You will also handle ward administration such as patient’s admission/discharge, patient’s appointments and medical records and housekeeping duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

KidSTART Practitioners (KSPs) provide child development strategies through home visits, support groups, and ongoing monitoring. They foster parent-child bonding and promote child development by actively engaging families and working with social / community partners and government agencies to ensure the needs of children and their families are addressed holistically.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assess the needs and risks of families and customize intervention accordingly
• Build rapport, engagement and cultivate a positive relationship with parents/caregivers to ensure that child development knowledge and skills are imparted effectively.
• Conduct screening and ongoing assessment of child development, maternal and family wellbeing.
• Collaborate and partner community and social service agencies (eg. Medical Professionals, FSCs, SSOs) to provide the necessary support for the families and their children, which includes regular case conferences and discussions.
• Contribute to group sessions/activities to reinforce child development knowledge and skills, mental wellbeing of caregivers, and create opportunities for peer support among caregivers.
• Support in outreach efforts to reach out and recruit new families to join the Home Visitation Programme.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Development, Psychology, Nursing, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of work experience in the early childhood development or social service sector and familiar with the needs of low-income families.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Prepares full set document from quotation to invoicing using SAP B1
• Call/text to customer upon their confirmation on appointment.

About the role:

• Establish, implement, maintain & improve the management systems, namely: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SS 651
• Establish, implement, review & improve on management systems’ documentation, namely: policy, objectives, manual, procedures, forms, etc.
• Manage all system certification, improvement, and upgrade issues.
• Plan, manage and execute all internal and external management system audits to ensure timely closure of issues raised during the audits.
• Plan and conduct management reviews.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of all QA activities and support in HSE activities.
• Follow-up on issues to ensure timely closure of HSEQ-related reports, namely: customer complaint reports, corrective action reports, incident reports, etc.
• Prepare and submit Monthly reports.
• Support in the preparation and submission of the Safety Case.
• Participate as a team member in risk / HSE assessment team.

About you:

• Holder of diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Quality Assurance, Health and Safety in chemical / petrochemical industry.
• Good understanding of quality management systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SS 651.
