As our high growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Product Specialist to join our expanding medical sales team in Singapore! The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of successful Medical Device and Medical Supply sales management experience (Wound Care is a plus!) In this role you will:

· Identify and maximize sales opportunities in wound management to achieve agreed sales target and to grow the business in accordance to strategy.

· Develop and maintain the Account Plan in order to identify potential volume.

· Network Accounts, mapping and developing contacts with key decision makers and influencers beyond the standard sales call.

· Promote the full range of products to Accounts, to increase sales revenue and to achieve strategic supplier status in these accounts.

· Manage an agreed and balanced number of Key accounts. As projects are realized or become reprioritized, they should be replaced by new opportunities.

· Full consultation and liaison with Sales Managers to ensure that planned activities are in line with and support over all strategies and objectives.

· Support our in-market research, sales calls, training, launches of new products etc.

· Seek market information on competitor activities and products to help shape accurate strategies and marketing campaigns.

· Identify training needs to develop competencies required to improve performance and meet customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum a Diploma in any field.

· Minimum of 2 years in Product Specialist (Sales) or equal experience in the GPs & Nursing Homes market will be an advantage.

· Strong understanding of the medical industry.

· Excellent communications and relationship development.

Job Description:

• Carry out review of design and method statements, on-site inspection, audits, investigation and submit findings of safety incidents
• Liaise and coordinate with the Authority's Consultant, Contractor(s), Interfacing Contractors, Instrumentation and Monitoring (IM) contractor(s), QP(D) and AC

• Review tunnelling parameters and instrumentation results throughout the period of tunnelling and to provide comments and recommendations where required

• Provide monthly and final wrap-up review of TBM performance in relation to design, tunnelling operation parameters, including modifications made to TBM & ancillary plant, processes , troubleshooting, comments & recommendations

Requirements:

- Relevant and recognised Degree in engineering

- Minimum 15 years of experience in design and supervision of tunnelling works, of which at least 5 years' experience in supervision of tunnelling works of similar complexity using TBM of more than 10 meter in diameter (large diameter TBM)

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor and carry out treatment and nursing procedures for patients
• Register patients, explain charges, collect payment (including day-end closing), schedule follow-up appointments and provide financial counselling for patients scheduled for procedures and/or admission.

As the face to our suppliers, you will develop strong relationships with our suppliers for a defined portfolio of hotels within a specific geographic area.

• Daily monitorization of Strategic Partnership Agreements (SPA) performance vs commitment and suggest actions to mitigate the risk and/or maximize it. Highlight discrepancies between conditions loaded and signed agreement that could negatively affect production. Monitor trial performance to ensure continuity of the deal or renegotiation of the conditions.

This role reports to the Executive Director, Finance & Administration. Your key role is to ensure that overall well-being of the Company’s administrative processes and your major duties include: managing all corporate travel requirements, ensuring the timely consolidation & submission of expense reports, managing the cost-effectiveness of OEM procurement and supplies and managing the use of office facilities for Board and Management meetings.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Travel Requirements

• Seek out the most cost-effective travel arrangement for all corporate travels, including the booking of air tickets, accommodation, land transfer, and necessary visa application;
• Familiar with the latest rules and regulations in relation to overseas travel and provide timely advice to our office travellers;
• Prepare and submit expense claims relating to all travel arrangements to Executive Director for approval.

Office Administration

1. Managing the calendar and schedules for Chairman and Executive Directors.
2. Familiar with the booking requirements for golf courses as well as entertainment suggestions for Management as required.
3. Responsible for the overall administrative requirements of the office:

• setting up conference rooms for the purpose of Board meetings and/or corporate meetings with external and internal parties;
• setting up online Zoom meetings and/or other forms of online conferencing requirements such as video-conferencing, etc.; coordinating all resource requirements for in-house training and meetings;
• attending to phone enquiries and all local and overseas mails; procurement of office equipment & machines (OEM) and supplies and upkeeping the pantry requirements.

Other Duties

• Work closely with HR & Admin department to provide administrative support as required.
• Attend to any other administrative matters as assigned by Management and/or immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Attained at least a Diploma in Administration or similar qualifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in office administration, including familiar with corporate travel formalities and requirements.
• Must be proficient in written and conversational English and Mandarin (an added advantage)
