Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented 3D Designer and Integration Specialist with experience in creating high-quality, realistic avatars and environments for web, mobile, and VR applications.. This mid-level role combines creative 3D design with technical integration skills, supporting the development of lifelike avatars that engage users through AI-driven interactions. You’ll work within a collaborative team, building on existing skills while gaining exposure to advanced pixel streaming and AI tools.

Responsibilities:

3D Content Creation

• Design and model hyper-realistic 3D avatars and immersive environments using tools like Blender, Unreal Engine, or Unity.

• Develop detailed textures, materials, and lighting to create lifelike visuals and support realistic character appearances and environmental ambiance.

• Rig and animate characters for natural movements, expressions, and gestures, with a focus on creating a lifelike experience.

Integration with AI and Backend Systems

• Assist with the integration of AI interaction tools, such as natural language processing (NLP), facial recognition, and behavior models, to create responsive avatars.

• Collaborate with backend and AI engineers to implement real-time interactions and ensure that avatar responses are smooth and realistic.

• Work with team members to support AI-driven features, such as real-time facial animations or conversational interfaces.

Pixel Streaming Setup and Optimization

• Configure and optimize 3D assets for pixel streaming using Unreal Engine Pixel Streaming or similar technologies, ensuring high-quality visuals and performance.

• Work with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) to deploy 3D assets for remote streaming, with guidance from senior team members when needed.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate 3D avatars and environments into web, mobile and VR headset applications, ensuring cross-platform consistency.

• Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting

• Optimize 3D models, textures, and animations for efficient rendering without sacrificing visual quality.

• Assist in testing and troubleshooting streaming, rendering, and AI interaction issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Adanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Computer Graphics, Interactive Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3-5 years of experience in 3D modeling and animation, with a portfolio demonstrating realistic character and environment work.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in 3D design tools such as Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, or Maya, with experience in creating hyper-realistic visuals.

• Basic experience with AI integration, including familiarity with NLP, facial animation, or motion capture tools.

• Knowledge of pixel streaming and cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud for deploying 3D assets is a plus.

Creative Skills

• Strong skills in texturing, shading, and lighting for realistic avatar and environment design.

• Good understanding of human anatomy, expressions, and movement as applied to character creation.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Vue for integrating 3D assets into interactive web applications.

• Experience with WebRTC or WebSocket for real-time communication and streaming.

• Understanding of version control (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools.
