Your job responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage new accounts
• Coordination with drivers, ensuring clients' order(s) are delivered on time
• Work closely with the team to provide appropriate support, to maintain and gain business in line with business strategy
• Carry out joint and solo visits to new and existing customers to follow up on their accounts
• Keep abreast of industry updates and policies
• Prepare invoices and follow up on clients' account, to ensure the accounts are up to date
• To perform standby duties after office hours and attend to clients calls
• To oversee works carried out by contractors / drivers
• Ability to resolves issues and risk
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests

Requirement:

• Preferably experience in petroleum industry
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Results oriented personnel who have demonstrated good track record in handling account management
• Possess own vehicle will be an added advantage

Responsible for overseeing the sales of our products from beginning to end. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of electronics & components sales experience, OR

• Diploma in Marketing or Business Admin with at least 2 years of electronics & components sales experience

• Excellent Knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point

• Outstanding written, verbal communication and negotiation skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Customer driven and result oriented

• Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and able to work on tight deadlines, and handle stress well

The Application Support Engineer is responsible to maintain high levels of service and ensuring all IT operations activities are performed. He/She is responsible to drive both internal and external teams to ensure compliance to SLAs, KPIs and metrics relating to service performance and operations performance.

He/She posseses strong analytical skills in the completion of service operations related activities and is responsible for tracking and analyzing important reports covering service performance metrics and operations activities.

• Drives internal and 3rd party service provider / vendor review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes

• Track and ensure compliance to SLAs, KPIs and metrics relating to service performance and operations performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve service health issues and gathering relevant parties to resolve impediments impacting service performance

• Ensure all operational support material is complete and all process comply within internal security and technology standards

• Organise system activities including planned maintenance events, system backup processes and disaster recovery drills

• Prepare and deliver status updates / report to management

• Log and track problem tickets relating to S1/S2 or high impact issues

• Support and assist in high severity incidents and drive problem management meetings

• Collaborate with multiple internal teams across disparate groups to restore services when incidents occurred, gather required experts to perform root cause analysis for problem resolution

• Assist in high severity incident communications such incident broadcast communication to all stakeholders and provide regular updates to management until incident closure

• Manage the incident and problem management process to ensure all preventive measures and problem resolution are recorded in the Known Error Database (KEDB)

• Implement Response and Recovery Plans and activities relating improvements to service recovery

• Maintain processes, templates and SOP, website and information related to incident and problem management

• Assist senior leaders in disaster recovery planning and activities

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline

• 3-5 yrs of Technical / Application Support experience

• Proven experience of working efficiently in a cross functional team

• ITIL v3/v4 certification and strong service oriented experience / background

• Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs Strong competency in IT technologies covering operating systems, databases technologies, networking, server, load balancing and/or application related domains covering healthcare and healthcare related industries

• Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business

Job Duties:-

• Annual statutory surveys
• Annual payroll audit schedules
• Report information required in Statutory Accounts

• Keep track of employees; movements who are awarded with shares to ensure that shares are disclosed accurately in the tax form
• Tracking of Share Scheme’s vesting period for corporate tax deduction
• Attend to all employee’s enquiries such as Employee Benefit, Payroll, Leaves, Insurance related matters
• Employees’ Benefits Analysis
• Assisting in WICA renewal
• Year-end accrual for unconsumed leave, tax processing fee and others
• Others related duties may be assigned from time to time.

About the role

The Enterprise Sales Manager/Director will drive lead generation and new business wins in our Third-Party Logistics Provider (3PL) enterprise market segment through outbound account-based sales.

The ideal candidate will possess significant direct sales leadership and success, preferably with a comprehensive understanding of the Southeast Asian freight forwarding & road transportation market and transport management systems.

This role can be for a manager or director-level candidate subject to experience.

This role is hybrid in Singapore, with international and domestic travel as necessary.

In this role, you’ll

● Work closely with executive leadership on strategic account list building, qualification, scoring and prioritisation.

● Evaluate Yojee's ideal customer profile and revenue potential and segment all qualified accounts into either an Active Focus Pipeline or a Future Focus Pipeline.

● Research Active Focus strategic accounts and buying committee mapping.

● Initiate and nurture lead generation activities with Active Focus strategic accounts.

● Create personalised offers and activation playbooks with marketing and internal subject matter experts.
