• Ensure knowledge is up to date by participating in individual and team trainings, meetings and reading the information posted in the Company’s management system.
• To keep abreast with current issues in the industry and competitors’ innovations.

What Do We Want

• At least an O Level or Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of Sales and administrative experience in related field.

Salary: $2400 to $2800 + Allowance + AWS
Location: Bukit Timah Road (Little India MRT) / Will move to Bishan Junction 8 in Q2 2024

Job Descriptions:

Administration

• Assisting all functions of the Academic Services team to ensure the smooth running of the front office.
• Ensuring all enquiries from students and organisations, either in person, by email, WhatsApp or telephone, are handled in a timely manner.
• Maintaining the electronic student management system, ensuring data is accurate and input/updated in a timely manner and in accordance with relevant procedures, and that confidentiality is maintained as appropriate.
• Providing support to lecturers in terms of photocopying of training materials, room set-up and technical assistance.
• Distributing, processing and uploading student and staff feedback questionnaires for lecturers' view.
• Managing the borrowing of library and training resources.
• Managing the booking of the training and lecture rooms.
• Purchasing and maintaining inventory of stationery and refreshments for students.

Student Affairs

• Managing the student registration and related processes to ensure students are fully enrolled.
• Updating student records of attendance and achievement into student management system, producing and disseminating academic progress reports and transcripts in an accurate and timely manner.
• Providing support to students enrolled in Academy programmes.

Finance

• Collecting fees and issuing receipts.
• Making bank deposits, keeping a proper record which has to be submitted to the Finance Department via the line manager.
• Ensuring accurate and timely collection statement submission to Finance Department.
• Submitting the application of training grants for various programmes in Academy, for example, the Parent Training Grant, SkillsFuture and Professional Capability Grant.

Reporting

• Assisting in the compilation or update of information for monthly and management reports pertaining to student enrolment in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assisting in the compilation or update of information as required by the Committee for Private Education (CPE).

Others

• Providing support Academy events such as Student Graduation.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Head and Deputy Director of Academy.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with 1 year of admin experiences preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Database software.

• Reinforcing forecast reliability through the implementation of cross-checks of submitted information.
• Consolidation of actual, forecast, budget, 5-year plan and tally reporting’s on Asia Pac Regional Operations from Budget Holder to Management presentation.
• Optimize and continuously enhance existing systems and database for financial analysis and to continuously improve management reports and performance analysis; ensuring accuracy and reliability to develop clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Ensures delivery of special business project/s to improve business support and enhance financial analysis and reporting. Prioritize ad hoc analysis requests from stakeholders to conduct in-depth research and analysis on a wide range of business topics, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Degree in Finance / Accounting, CPA or equivalent preferred
• Preferably more than 6 years of relevant experience, with strong FP&A experience mandatory
• Good understanding of US GAAP and accounting Controls
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills and experience with BPC and SAP highly desired
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills and stakeholders management
• Strong Business partnering skills and have the courage to speak up and challenge status quo
• Strong leadership and ability to drive changes and process improvements
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures
