What’s your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
• Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption. Manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.
• When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
• Become an expert on client’s Advertising solutions and ability to identify trends and solve problems.
• Providing vital product insights, feedback and revenue trends, from their own experience using the Products and sharing the feedback from the Advertisers.
• Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products. Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
• Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment, comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market such as Cantonese to liaise with customers in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

1. Co-ordinate sales efforts to support business growth and achieve sales targets:

• Identifying and qualifying potential prospects, analysing their buying needs, doing market research and monitoring competitors' movements.
• Work with Engineer Specialists to jointly respond to clients’ enquiries

Requirements:

• Have a minimum 3 years experience in client servicing in engineering sales.
• Possess a Diploma preferably in Engineering

A Day in the Life

• Provide level 1 helpdesk support to all PC & MAC users
• Ensure smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of end-users
• Facilitate repair process for IT Hardware
• Perform PC build and software installations
• Migration of user’s data, software, or computer
• To escalate specific requests or issues to next level for immediate attention and resolutions
• Support Project implementations, as when required
• Maintain proper IT documentation

What We are Looking For

• Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Previous working experience in helpdesk environment is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Office & Windows applications, and hardware troubleshooting
• Able to work beyond normal working hours (upgrade/maintenance, urgent technical issue) and support on weekend when urgent duty arise
• Good working attitude and team player

SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Plan and manage the end to end implementation timeline fornew product launches, campaigns, funds on-boarding and product implementation-related initiatives, with relevant stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation
• Drive and manage the business requirements submission and clarifications sessions with IT and business stakeholders
• Enforce use of best practices and frameworks for UAT process and sign off (i.e. proper test cases, defect tracking log, sign off and testing results) from all relevant stakeholders
• Understand product features and participate/manage UAT testing to ensure product related testing is properly tested with proper documentation
• Ensure proper documentation for all implementation activities (i.e. Timeline, Cost of implementation, Business Requirements submission, UAT testing results, Product Launch checklist) to meet quality standards and governance at all times
• Support post deployment activities (i.e. communication, business verification process)
• Drive and support annual regulatory exercises and any ad-hoc assignments
• Work on system automation initiatives to identify improvements for UAT process

REQUIREMENTS
