About the Client:

Responsibilities:
Support continuous website enhancements and maintenance to improve user experience and deliver personalized content for customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing digital support for BAU campaigns and product launches.
- Conduct UAT to ensure deliverable quality, track bugs, and collaborate with Group IT.
- Coordinate and support website enhancement projects, including requirement documentation and testing.
- Manage website content migration, advise on template use, and create training materials.
- Monitor and mitigate business and regulatory compliance risks, sharing best practices.
The successful candidate must have experience with Adobe Experience Manager, website development and management, and digital marketing.
Skills/Requirement:
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in communications, advertising, marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in financial industry digital marketing or website management preferred.
- Proficient in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and website development.
