The Customer Sales Assistant for the accounting system solution provider. Plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service, addressing initial system usage inquiries, and establishing a strong foundation for positive customer relationships.

Handling Product and Service Inquiries:

Assist potential customers by providing information about products or services, answering their initial inquiries, schedule appointments and helping them understand the features and benefits of the offerings.

Customer Documentation:

You would be responsible for preparing and maintaining various administrative documents, such as sales order, invoice and receipt.

Customer Communication:

Collaboration:
