Role Overview: We are seeking the Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners, as well as leveraging B2C connections to drive community engagement, sales and event participation. This role will also assist in business development and sales opportunities in driving growth. Key responsibilities :

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in a different industry
• Conceptualize and execute strategic collaborations, sponsorships, and event activations.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in multiple languages is preferred, with French and Italian being an advantage

Job Description & Requirement

• Min. 1 years working experience in freight forwarding (Air & Ocean)
• Preferably good knowledge in both Freight operations and sales processes.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently and effectively in a diverse environment.
• To source for new businesses by making sales calls, visiting customers & servicing existing clients.
• Have existing own client database.
• Swift response to customers, shipment enquiries & freight quotation.
• Responsible for maintaining and developing new business with existing customers.
• Procurement of rates from overseas offices, agents and approved local vendors.
• Preparation of quotations and participation of RFQ, tender bids when required.
• Achieving the annual sales target.
• Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with on commercial activities and business development.
• Submission of CRM reports.

• Welcome and engage with customers at the stall.
