• Configure integrations with Active Directory, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and other protocols.
• Work closely with clients to meet IAM requirements and ensure compliance.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and documentation for IAM deployments.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with IAM solutions: SailPoint, CyberArk, Thales SafeNet, Micro Focus NetIQ.
• Knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) and Active Directory.
• Experience with additional IAM platforms (e.g., ForgeRock, Saviynt, BeyondTrust) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
