With Immunotherapies, one challenge for intracellular delivery is to overcome the cell membrane barrier as well as the problem of endosomal entrapment, where delivery vehicles containing antibody are uptaken and eventually degraded. The delivery methods currently employed to tackle these key challenges, exhibit significant limitations, including low efficiency, size restrictions on encapsulated substances, and dose-dependent cytotoxicity. To solve these issues, we aim to use a versatile delivery platform based on peptide coacervate microdroplets (PCMs) formulation and validate in vivo.

Key Responsibilities:

The Asian School of the Environment (ASE) at Nanyang Technological University is an interdisciplinary School that aims to be a world leader in environmental research focusing on environmental challenges in Asia. The laboratory is currently looking for a Research Assistant or Research Associate to support the assessment of climate and biodiversity urban plans of Southeast Asian cities and other lab projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the collection and analysis of climate and biodiversity urban plans in a subset of Southeast Asian cities
