Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Actively develop and expand our PV inverter & Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) opportunities
· To conduct sales presentations to introduce and update solar PV solutions to customers
· To understand and track project pipelines;
· Analyze the situation and development opportunities of the Solar Inverter eco-system
· Identify and develop business opportunities for PV Inverters and BESS in the targeted segments
· Understand customer needs and construct product requirements in accordance with market intelligence
· Support marketing activities
Requirements
· Engineering degree, preferably from electrical or solar photovoltaic (PV) related major;
· At least 3-5 years of experience in the Solar industry
· Excellent understanding of the sales, business development and account management processes
· Good electrical, as well as technical knowledge of Solar Inverters
· Good communication skills of cross-functions and intercultural organization
· Good organization, planning, analytical and presentation skills
· Strong self-initiative and ability to independently, as well as in a team
· Result driven and commitment to deliver quality
· Preferred candidate has solar project experience, worked in EPC or inverter manufacturer company before
