- Achievement of Marine Business Development Plan and growth targets for all Marine lines of business

Client Management

As an Assistant Manager / Manager (Conservatory Operations), you will be responsible for the husbandry and maintenance of the plants and displays within the Conservatories. You will be expected to plan and manage projects, provide advice and raise horticultural standards.
