Oversee and effectively maintain the M&E systems and supervise the M&E team in carrying out duties

The Core Custody Product team focuses on developing custody products for the Custody business lines, bother Hub and Domestic. The Core Custody Product team are seeking a strong Product Development leader in the APAC region who can work within the asset servicing team ensuring it meets its goals of supporting both custody businesses by focusing on the development of Asset Servicing capabilities globally.

The individual will work with the Core Custody Asset Servicing Product team and support, manage, and drive the team with specific focus on the APAC region. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

Menu Development

• Work closely with the bar team and HQ to create and update the menu as needed.
• Develop and oversee the bar’s beverage programme, including cocktail and drink specials, ensuring quality, innovation and brand alignment by launching limited time cocktails with festivities or beverage related events such as “Negroni Week”, “World Gin Day” etc.
• Train staff on beverage knowledge, including wines, spirits and cocktails to enhance guest recommendations and staff confidence.
• Monitor product mix and log in data for analysis, to better understand development of the next menu as well as to create par levels to optimise holding cost.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring a consistent eating experience.
