What We Are Looking For

The Regional HR Senior Manager / Director will play a key strategic role in aligning our human resource strategy with the overall business goals. Requirements

Education

Experience

8 to 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a regional role in the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in both strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational HR functions.

Strong understanding of regional HR practices, with experience in Singapore, China and India being highly beneficial.

Skills
