Responsibilities
· Plan and manage project progress to meet timeline
· Plan and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
· Plan, manage and achieve budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
· Track project costs and improve profitability
· Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
· Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
· Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
· Utilize industry best work and safety practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
· Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
· Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
· Participating in project tender process i.e. design, submission and review
· Design, develop and evaluate goals and action plans for team members thru KPI program
· Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
· Conduct post project review and implement corrective actions
· Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
· Review of process, risk and policy in a timely manner and propose improvement measures
· Full understanding and operation of company products
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of project management and related experience
· Experienced in data center and mechanical system projects an advantage
· Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field
· Possess local construction/project safety certification
· Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
· Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
· Ability to work in construction site with and perform hand on tasks
· Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
· Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
· A good problem solver
· Positive attitude with big-picture thinking and vision
· Good analytical skills & attention to details
· Strong written, interpersonal skills and resourceful. Able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and management
· Ability to manage high stress situations, manage and resolve conflicts
· Ability to lead and motivate team members
· Strong presentation skills
· Able to travel if required
· Proficient in MS Office
