• Prepare monthly payroll instructions for international payroll third party vendors

JOB MISSION

The mission of the Project Manager is to provide full support to the OM by managing a project portfolio ranging from $1,500,000 to $3,000,000 in project value. Project managers are responsible for the entire project lifecycle from budgeting through job completion and after care.

DUTIES

Assists and supports OM by:

• Delivers completed projects to our clients.
• Develops a relationship with the decision makers of customers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or construction management.
• Completion of CSPM certification from the Security Industry Association – within the first six months of hire.
• Five years of project management experience from conception to delivery.
• With Data Center project experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Portfolio Management & Analytics Division

Sitting within the Reserve Management department, the front office business analyst/product owner is responsible for

• Managing the applications and processes used for portfolio management and trading of assets managed in-house.
• Work closely with portfolio management and trading functions to understand their business requirements, translating business-to-technical requirements and vice versa
• Design, build/enhance, test, implement, and document processes/tools/systems in partnership with IT, middle and back offices as well as software vendors to support front office workflow
• Plan and work with the department and MAS-wide partners on implementing a road map of front-office workflow feature development/upgrades
• Ensure front office processes and procedures meet internal standards for data integrity, security, and audibility
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot front office processes to ensure their smooth functioning.
• Manage project implementations with vendors, covering procurement and related administrative issues;
• Oversee change management to facilitate the users to product adoption and new ways of working.
